This role is for a Senior Manager / Director with deep expertise in enterprise HR platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and Workday, tasked with leading large‑scale, multi‑industry HR technology transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale HR technology transformation programmes across multiple industries.
• Advise clients on the selection, implementation, and optimisation of HR platforms including SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and Workday.
• Develop and deliver HR technology strategies aligned with business goals, workforce needs and digital transformation agendas.
• Oversee the design and deployment of HR operating models, process improvements, and change management initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to CHROs and senior HR leaders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including technology, change and data specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
• Drive business development activities including proposal development, client presentations and thought leadership.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Profile / Qualifications

• Proven experience (10+ years) in HR technology consulting or transformation, ideally within a Big Four or leading consultancy.
• Deep functional and technical knowledge of at least one major HRIS platform (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or Workday); experience across multiple platforms is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in leading end‑to‑end HR technology implementations and transformations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes across talent management, core HR, payroll, learning and workforce analytics.
• Experience in managing senior client relationships and delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems or related field.
• Relevant certifications in SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or Workday.
