General Handyperson / Property Maintenance Technician

JR Property Maintenance Location: County Meath, Ireland Job Type: Full-time Salary: €37 000 per year (depending on experience) Start Date: On or before 1 April 2026 Transport: Own vehicle required About the Role JR Property Maintenance is looking for an experienced, reliable General Handyperson to join our growing property maintenance and renovation business. This is a full-time, hands-on position involving a variety of indoor and outdoor maintenance, repair and renovation work throughout the year. Main Duties The successful candidate will carry out a range of property maintenance tasks, including: • Wall and floor tiling • Interior and exterior painting • Surface preparation • General property repairs and renovations • Patio and outdoor improvement work • Routine property maintenance • General handyman duties as required Essential Requirements Applicants must have: • Proven experience in general property maintenance, handyman work, or renovations • Experience in painting and tiling • The ability to work both indoors and outdoors in all seasons • Good organisational and time management skills • The ability to follow instructions and complete work to a high standard • A reliable, professional approach to work • A full, clean driving licence and access to their own vehicle Please note: Applications from candidates who do not have the required experience will not be considered.
